I am translating a house registration document for a visa application, but I'm not sure about some terms:

รายการเกี่ยวกับบ้าน - Record about the house (or House particulars)

สำนักทะเบียน - Registration office

ท้องถิ่นเขต - District of (?)

เลขรหัสประจำบ้าน - House code (or House number)

รายการที่อยู่ - Address

ชื่อหมู่บ้าน - Village name

ชื่อบ้าน - House name

ประเภทบ้าน - House type

ลักษณะบ้าน - House aspect (or house type again?)

วันเดือนปีที่กำหนดบ้านเลขที่ - Date of stipulating the house number

รายการบุคคลในบ้านของเลขรหัสประจำบ้าน - List of persons of the house

ลำดับที่ - Serial number

สถานภาพ - Status

มารดาผู้ให้กำเนิด ชื่อ - Name of natural mother

บิดาผู้ให้กำเนิด ชื่อ - Name of natural father

มาจาก - Transferred from (or moved from)

นายทะเบียน - Registrar

Estupendo! All of your translations seem correct as far as I can tell.

ประเภทบ้าน & ลักษณะบ้าน is a bit tricky, very similar but I think ประเภท would be the house type, as you said, while ลักษณะ would focus more on the characteristics of the house (though I don't know how that would be relevant for a visa). Would need some examples to really understand what kind of information they're after.

I guess the details such as the house type are not very important. The whole point seems to be just to make the process of applying for a Schengen visa more of a burden by requesting more and more paperwork and making it more expensive with the additional fees.

Just had a closer look at your original post and realized you were going through the actual ทะเบียนบ้าน book for these translations.

Went and had a look at mine, and would like to add a couple of comments:

- on mine, under ประเภทบ้าน it's simply "บ้าน".

ชื่อหมู่บ้าน ชื่อบ้าน and ลักษณะบ้าน are blank, so I guess it's not absolutely necessary. (Note: this house is several decades old)

- the *มาจาก and **ไปที่ seem to be a reference to previous and future records. I was registered in this house since birth; mine says:

* มาจาก

ฐานข้อมูลการทะเบียนราษฎร

เข้ามาอยู่ในบ้านนี้เมื่อ XX XX XXXX (a month after my birth)
