Hello guys, I just got a second hand car the plate number is registered in Pathumthani. My question is how do I register this? do I have to go to Pathmthani OR just ler someone do it for me? And is it possible to change my plate number and register it in Bangkok? How much would it cost to have the plates changed?

Can change name easily in PT as long as you have all the documents needed. Signed copies of your passport,visa and letter conf. add. Also need signed copy of sellers ID,house reg. book. Blue book signed by seller and signed papers of bill of sale and power of attorney. Easier if seller goes with you. Not expensive.
