I purchased one laminated on a board from a hawker selling pictures in Pattaya , Chatuchak Market would be a good place to look in Bangkok . I believe they are also pretty common around picture framing shops , you could ask at one of them .

Keep your eye out for little stalls selling photos of the King, a print of this photo will usually be among the offerings. Sometimes these stalls are seen in shopping centres as well as markets. Also in many framing shops as suggested.

Just take the best picture from the internet and save it to a CD or flash drive, etc.

Then take it to any photo developing shop and they'll print you any size you want.

Assuming you want to buy it in Pattaya....

There's a shop that sells framed pictures on Central Road (Pattayaklang). Heading east from Beach Road going towards Sukhumvit it's on the right between the turn off for Soi Buakhao and the crossroads with Third Road (maybe about halfway between the two??). I bought one there. They sell it framed (about 500 baht if I remember correctly). But they will take the photo out of the frame if you want and just sell you the photo (about 60 baht I think).

I believe the photo was taken on the set of the film 'GI Blues'. Hollywood, 1960.
