I need to change around 3000 baht worth of kip into baht. Banks don't seem to want them though.

My last resort is to go to Khao San and look for someone heading to Laos in the near future and sell them my kip with a friendly discount. Though, I guess most people use dollars anyway?

Any sound advise?

Umm.. You know that 3000 kip is only about 11 Baht right?

The bus fare to Khao San road is likely more than that.
