Before i have the Blue book for my Volvo . . and i issue that on Tourist Visa whit a proof of residence paper and certificate to buy a car from immigration office jomtien. Many DMV's overlook this and I myself have had bikes and I think cars while on even 30 day stamps but perhaps dont attempt it yourself.
