I've been told that immigration can help you out in some circumstances. Failing that, a back-hander will most likely get you what you need. Thanx There is no public notaries as such in Thailand according to this article. http://www.marut.th.com/pr/mshow_index.php3?id=2 Some law firms, are qualified in validating documentation.Check this option first.If you get stuck PM me I'll give you the name of a law firm here on Samui.
