kingq
At the Canadian Embassy when getting proof of outside the country income. What papers are needed? tyia I just had the Canadian Embassy provide me with a letter addressed to the Thai Immigartion Bureau. I showed the Consular Officer at the Embassy a copy of a Letter of Employment from my overseas employer that stated my monthly income. I then filled out an Affidavit form, swore that the contents were true, paid 1,600 baht and I had my letter all within 30 minutes. I'm not sure I would have even had to have a Letter of Employment as the Consular Officer said they had no way to verify the contents. The process is simple. astral
Sounds like Canadians are trusted by their embassy, like the Americans and British. Just swear the affidavit and off you go.
Norrad
My Embassy (South African) needed a bit more info. I needed my latest pay-slip and a letter from my employer. Signed the sworn Affidavit and they stamped and signed all the documents for me. I was out of there in a few minutes and it cost me nothing.
