Hi all,

Just wanted to know a simple thing.

If you have Thai staff in Thailand are you by Thai law forced to give them a contact and/or health insurrance from the first moment?

Thanks in advance for your answer.

No, you don't but after three month they're under verbal contract and can sue at the labour court. And if they ask, you need to apply for the Social Welfare Insurance as well but you can decust a part of that cost from their salary.

Cheers.
