Thailand Post Office - Mail Redirection Service

Featured Replies

I've had a look around the Thailand Post website but can't find any references.

Does anyone know if Thailand Post operate a mail redirection service for people who move house etc?

Not knowing the Thai for "mail re-direction service" I worry I'll have problems asking (and getting an answer) inside the branch.

It does indeed exist, and it even works well. We did this in December, and have still to change several addresses (out of pure laziness), but the post office seems to catch it and sends the mail off to our new address, so far without fail (as far as we can acertain). We use the post office in Naklua, north of Pattaya.

It was my g/f who took care of it, but I believe you just fill in a form, and show some official ID. Ask a Thai person to go with you if in doubt.

Good luck!
