f1kwas
Hi Everybody! This is my first message to be written here, so hello from me to all the people who create this community. :-] I have been staying in Thailand for a while now, like 18 months, all this time on Non-immigrant B visa doing visa runs every 3 months. I am supproting my company from Poland here and thus I am not employed in Thailand, only cooperating with Thai company. Last time I've started to think how to get a longer visa. Seems the only way is to have a work permit first. And here comes my question: is it possible to get a WP in a situation as mine, when there is no Thai employer? If no, is there any other way to get a visa for more than 3 months? Thanks for all comments and answers. Best regards, Marcin
NHJ
you company doesn't support you as it doesn't provide the required work permit, be carefull working without the appropriate permit is a crime and it's severely punished.
