the banks at Airport Plaza should be open for sure..... otherwise, there are many official bank-exchange-booths near Thapae gate. can try her luck there as well.

if nothing helps, aks at the information counter of airport Plaza- maybe central/robinson itself does offer such an exchange service in their department store. and every hotel does it.... though the rates will be lousy....
