So i guess your argument is that the UK government should base it's policies on the policies of the Thai government?
July 24, 200817 yr Huh I think if you have been married for 5 years they should allow you to go either way provided you can show evidence of the relationship being sound ie flights out land or houses bought etc etc. Its a pain in the backside for me and my wife as she runs a business in Bangkok and cant come to the uk for 3 years to become a uk resident (unable to leave the business for more than a month) and at the moment i cant go there fulll time because of my business. Been married a few years now too. Of course at one time in the UK the whole family used to arrive over here and starte d a lot of the immigration problems here, married to and English man allowed the whole family to come virtually.
