Wondering if anybody could advise a IT headhunting/recruitment company in Singapore that specialises with expat professionals.

I'm a Win32/Web software engineer & consultant looking for any contract work based in Singapore and looking for a reliable agency to assist. Anybody got any suggestions and experiences?

You've got 2 options. In regards to specialised mid level to executive level recruitment by far the largest recruitment company is the American company Hudson and they have an IT division. At the other end of the scale, you've got the body shops who tend to specialise in recruiting Indian engineers by the plane load. Highly skilled and tend to be low paid.
