I work privately for an expatriate family of a diagnosed child with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder and Dyslexia, and a child diagnosed with Learning and Speech Delay for two years now. Though my work is only centered within the family, I would like to help and at the same time do extra job after my working hours. Here is a brief summary of myself: QUALIFICATIONS > 4 years of teaching experience in Ateneo de Manila University - Grade School Department, Loyola Heights, Q.C. Philippines > 4 years experience in home tutoring of Foundation to KS2 students > Capable of assessing children's behaviors and executing behavior and cognitive therapies > Capable of teaching one on one's on developmental and cognitive delays such as reading, writing and speech > Strong academic and 11-months internship backgrounds valuable in the practice of Occupational Therapy > Experienced in doing OT evaluations and re-evaluation > Capable of writing IEP's for children with special needs > Qualified to do adjustment modifications in curriculum of the students with special needs in mainstream schools > Skilled on one on one teaching of behavior modification techniques, sensory integration, language development and learning disabilities. EDUCATION > M.A. Ed., Special Education (2004 up to present) Residency, University of the Philippines, Diliman, Philippines > M.A. Ed., Guidance Counseling Ateneo de Manila University, Quezon City, Philippines > B.S.
