Does anyone in Pattaya know where I can exchange U.A.E. Dirhams and/or Omani Riyals?

I've tried the banks, but no luck, they even offer 33% loss on exchange!

If I need to go to Bangkok to change, no problem, but surely in Pattaya I can change hard currency (Both currencies have a dollar peg)
