Hi. Yes you can. There are some quite good previous threads on this topic in this forum but you will need to do some creative searching to find them. Use the search button in the top right corner, go to advanced search options. Search on thread title only using key words like "buying purchasing house property childs name minor, son, daughter" in various combinations. you will turn them up and they should answer your questions.
