Neoprene Beer Holders In Bulk

I need to have some custom beer holders / coolers made..

Consider solid foam + stickers if its lots cheaper, but would like quality neoprene ones if cost differental can be handled..

Will need to have my own design added and some basic text..

It is of course an advertising gimmik and will need LOTS though the first run may be 'only' 5000 or so.. Quickly following up to 20k per order..

Anyone have any leads, as numbers like that mean I need to save every baht I can on a per unit price..
