I recommend going to a singapore website and asking there.

I think it depends on what you are doing in Singapore, and where you maybe working. The MRT gives pretty good coverage, so if you are close to a station it is relatively easy.

You could have a look here, but again it depends on your budget. All of these places are in a good location.
