I had totally forgotten how much I loved Thailand until I was there briefly in Feb this year. On the back of that I've decided to spend a couple of months there from november to January, but I've suddenly got a little worried about the visa issues.

I'm just wondering if I'm actually allowed to enter the country with a 60 day tourist visa, when my ticket shows that I won't be leaving for 65 days? -I know that I can extend while I'm out there, but since the visa is actually only officially issued for 60 days, will I have problems, either with the airline (Thai) or with Thai immigration??

Help need to book my ticket tomorrow, its already gone up 10% in the last 3 days!!

I have a british passport, and am in my 20s

Many thanks!

No problems entering Thailand or with the airline. As you know, you can get 30 day extension when in Thailand.

Edit: or the 7 day extension. Same price, 1900 baht

:o
