I thought stuff this,im not going to all the trouble of registrating a company to buy a business at 100 k bht.The landlord of the premises doesnt care he said.HE WANTS 3 MONTHS RENT IN ADVANCE,WIL L throw the name of the lease in my BF name until i know what im doing.

Probably would be easier just to set fire to 100,000 baht - same result but you do seem to know what you are doing as you say

set up a holding company instead with BF getting say 2 percent and holding a managing post / that will be better i think... / assuming the regulation allow only 2 percent...
