If you cannot find a specific medicine (or an equivalent traded under a different name) a pharmacy can order it for you, and it will be there in a few days. There are lists on the internet for generic medicines, in other words different names for the same stuff. Hope this helps.

Are you referring to the alternative to Ritalin? Not sure if it is available here, but Ritalin is called Rubifen, and may be restricted much as it is in the First World. I had to be interviewed by a neurologist before getting Rubifen, and then I always get it through a pharmacy of a major hospital, on a script electronically relayed by the MD to the pharmacy.
