Charity Organizations In Thailand

Hi Everyone, I am a new member. I am located in the USA and my fiance is a Thai man (although he is now a US citizen) I have been to Thailand once, last February, and speak a little Thai.

My reason for joining and posting is that I am seeking any information or contacts anyone here might have to charity organizations running in Thailand, particularly those devoted towards supporting the AIDs population and prevention of HIV. I am a medical student in the US and one of my dreams for the future is to come to Thailand and set up a clinic with my husband. I am trying to get a grant from my school to come to Thailand and work in a clinic already existing there so I can learn the ins and outs of running one and what would be necessary to set one up. Any information, names, contacts, really anything you could give me would be so appreciated.

Assuming I am able to get this grant, I will probably be here again asking about lodging information. Thank you all so much in advance for any information you can provide.
