It will take you about lifetime to attain profficiency comparable to Tarzan in English. Unless you can do (an afford to pay for) proper training like diplomats and embassy staff are sent for before being dispatched to Russia, don't waste your time. You can probably get a bootlegged copy at MBK. Hopefully they have the english -> russian version at MBK. Im sure you can find one in Tamasat Uni, because they teach Russian there....
