Ais Spam To Mobile Phone

Featured Replies

Sometimes in the middle of a day I get a spam text messages. Some are from AIS and some are from weird sources like 108live or InfoLove. All of them are Thai script. Is there a way to block senders or otherwise get rid of spam? Did I do something that triggers spam or is it just part of AIS's policy to spam customers?

Call 1175, they have good English speaking operators. Explain and they will block those spam messages!

Not only during the day either. Two nights ago, just after midnight, I got one again. :o Not.

As Monty said, just call the helpdesk and ask them to block the spam. The same goes for DTAC (1678).

I called 1175 on 4 occasions, they failed to stop the Spam.

They then sent an SMS.

It reads..... "to cancel pop-up SMS, please kindly go to Menu> Application > AIS services> mlive> deactivate"

Nothing like the last 3 words on my Nokia 3110c.

Any way of solving this problem?

as it's running my battery down in 36 hours -------(thank you AIS) :)

Cheers
