loong Posted December 31, 2008 Share Posted December 31, 2008 Hello, Any body have any good recipes for sweet potatoes? At the moment I just boil them in soups or bake in embers of the fire. I understand that you can also cook the leaves and stems of the plant. As I grow them myself, I have these in abundance, I'm just cutting and composting them and that seems a waste. Can they be used instead of morning glory in Thai dishes? Do you use just the young leaves and stem tips? Thanks for any advice Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
