Best Place To Take Celta Course In Chiang Mai?

Hello,

I am interested in taking a CELTA certification course and live in Chiang Mai. There are several language schools that offer this program including International House and ECC. Does anyway have any recommendations?

A school needs a school licence from the Ministry of Education. I'd be surprised if a resort has a school licence. You could ask though. Remember the TA in CELTA means Teaching Adults and most work in Thailand is Teaching Children.

Make sure to take the RSA Cambridge version as it is considered best and makes it easy to get jobs.

The 'resort', Nugent Waterside is simply the accommodation where the International House Cambridge University CELTA course is held and run. I did it, and I would highly recommend it. I have been living and working here in Chiang Mai since taking the course last February. Feel free to PM me if you want.

Hi,

I did the CELTA at ECC in Chiang Mai and thought the school and teaching were excellent.

I also made an Audio diary/podcast of my time there with my girlfriend as we did CELTAs in consecutive months.
