All blood test come back normal...

But have joint pain, and body aches

Head feels like its foggy and hungover..

Stomach, well have a lot of gas... was previously treated for Campylobacter infection... stool is soft...

Weight loss.

Why don't you head over to Maharaj (Sripat) to the Special Medical Service Center on the 13th Floor and start with a complete physical? For about 4000 Baht they will test you for just about everything under the sun. There are several very good internists and gastroenteroligists there.

Look for "target" or round rashes and get tested for Lyme disease, 95% of the time in the US it isn't even caught and people suffer for years.

I have had a persistent rash, almost like jock itch, that has plagued me for months.

Maybe it is time now to see a real doctor after you consulted all the doctors on Thaivisa.

Well I was hopping someone might have some experience with something similar to me and advice about who to see.

Getting opinion isn't a bad thing, but never mind now as I found a doctor in Bangkok.
