I used to be able to access it. Now I must use a proxy server to reach it. People in Bangkok have told me they have no problem accessing it. I normally use Ubuntu. To open the site from within Ubuntu and Firefox, I must use a proxy. If I boot into native windows and try Internet Explorer or Firefox, I have the same problem.
