Clarification On Work Permit

Recommended Posts

Hi, when applying for the work permit, do you need to submit your income tax documents (from the country you last worked in) as well?

Do they also require education documents ?

When do you submit this, if required?

Thanks

The taxes ar not required. The degree is not required unless the job you are applying for requires it.

Your employer is the one that has to supply most of the documents to get a work permit.

Unless you have your own company. Then you must meet at least the basic requirements of having 4 Thai empolyee and etc.

1. No

2. Yes, generally goes in the paper work package submitted to the labour office
