i tend to apply for visa to live with my partner in the UK whom i have a civil partnership, will I need to take out medical insurance or will I be entitled to national health insurance in the UK?

If you are coming to reside in the UK as the civil partner of a British citizen then you are entitled to the same NHS treatment as s/he is.
