Other than the grocery stores, where can I get fresh made carrot juice 7 days a week in Chiang Mai?

JJs on Thapae road does the juices right in front of you. Many road side seller and other places have inexpensive juices that they do throughout the day and then keep in the fridge, The health food store near the President hotel has lots of organic juices.

Does anyone know where I can get fresh carrot juice in the city other than grocery stores and the girl on Tapae road?

Nope. But I still think a BJ is better than a CJ. Bananas are good.

At the row of restaurants directly south of 3 kings monument and city museum (row of restaurants that sell Khao Soi, Noodles etc etc). The last shop in the row on left as facing sells all sorts of juice including carrot.

Art Cafe also will do the juices fresh while you wait.

Not sure if it counts as "in the city" for you - at least 2 of the outlets in the basement food court at Airport Plaza prepare carrot juices as well as and/or with any number of other veg/fruit juices.

The basement level of the Central Plaza Mall has a big food court. They sold fresh carrot juice in there last week but I don't know if it was a one day thing or if it's everyday. Worth a check though.
