Yip Man. However....

Yip Man taught Bruce Lee Wing Chung. Bruce later incorporated it in is his own style to use for close range fighting, but then substituted Western boxing which he felt was better at handling hand strikes than any type of Kung <deleted>.

If you go to the night bazaar there's a Thai restaurant and Internet cafe called click and bite or something like that the owner yuut has been studying wing chun for at least five years with a teacher in chiang mai. He's an approachable guy and speaks English so he might be able to point you in the right direction.
