Well, this has certainly degenerated.

It is true, non-profit animal welfare organizations have no legal authority. There are animal welfare laws in Thailand, so I suggest the OP contact the police.

As for posts advocating violence against the neighbor --advocating illegal activities is against forum rules.

And for the posts advocating violence against animals, that's just disturbing.

Given the direction this thread has taken.
