KCM
There is a company on Thong Lor named Seara that sells some of the top U.S. equipment to gyms and I think they may also sell retail.

Gymware (www.gymware.com) is the best place to go. Ask for the owner called "Shaggy". He's an ex Body Builder and still in a great shape. Shaggy has a small shop and makes all the equipment himself, featuring a home line and a pro line. I bought my entire home gym there for 50K Baht. The bench you're looking for (adjustable, decline), including Olympic barbell and plates 40 kgs goes for about 16K Baht. /Rudy

Insight
Could also try The Mall at Ngam Wong Wan. Is a bit of the way out of town, but they've got a range your el-cheapo 5,000 baht job where the weights are secured by a screw (annoying if working on pyramids) to a 14,000 baht adjustable one complete with a range of weights.
