July 26, 200916 yr Does anyone here know the name of the high-end mall in Chiang Mai? I am looking for a mall that carries luxury brands like they do at malls like Siam Paragon, Emporium and Gaysorn in Bangkok for example. The Central Airport Plaza was recommended to me, however, I did some research on that mall and they don't carry Gucci, Prada, Versace, etc.. Does Chiang Mai even have a luxury mall that sells high-end brands?
July 26, 200916 yr If Central Airport Plaza doesn't have it, I suggest Kaed Suan Kaew mall in the heart of the city. Either that, or wait about 18 months for the new "super mall" to open up. lol
July 26, 200916 yr The Night Bazaar on Chang Klan will have items with all those mentioned names and a few more.
July 27, 200916 yr You need to come to Chiang Rai and then cross over to Tachilek. You will find all of the Brand names you want.

July 27, 200916 yr theres a Locoste store across from Shangri La, is Lacoste high end? Lacoste is not a low-cost brand Edited July 27, 200916 yr by MonsieurHulot
July 27, 200916 yr It is pretty hard to know the difference between the real thing and the knock-offs. Clothing brands are mostly a big scam anyway.
July 27, 200916 yr theres a Locoste store across from Shangri La, is Lacoste high end? Lacoste is not a low-cost brand Locoste must be the copy brand
July 27, 200916 yr Gucci, Prada, Versace, etc.. Hmmm....... it strikes me that anyone with the spare cash to spring for such brands should have no problem hopping on a flight to BKK and taking a taxi to Siam Paragon etc.
July 28, 200916 yr My kids went to high school with the Adams. Not the Addams family; my Dad did that. These girls were Kaela and Paula, whose names created Kaepa tennis shoes. They lived in Texas and shopped in Rome, Italy.
