How To Help Thai Lady Get Aussie Working Visa

Hi all - my husband and I met a lovely lady on our last visit to Phuket. I may be able to get her some experience within the QA area of a construction company. All info I've read says they need to have a tertiary education to be considered for working visa in Aus. Does anyone have any info they can give us that may help us to get the ball rolling or at least determine if she would be eligible? Also, anything we need to be aware of? She seems like a lovely person and if we can help by getting her some experience and a trip to Aus we thought it would be a nice gesture.....

Note : The Work and Holiday Program is available to eligible Thai nationals, but the Working Holiday Program is not.
