HalfSquat
Hello, I am staying near Chong Nonsi, well that is my nearest SkyTrain stop. I am about 30 minutes walk from there. Is there anything interesting to do in this area. I have had a walk around and seen lots of good food stalls but not much else. Any tips? Thanks. Thanks. 30 mins walk away is not near at all - I assume you live down Narathiwat road somewhere, where there is even less. You had better walk another 10 mins onto Silom and Suriwongse roads, which is where most things happen in Bangkok, both daytime and nightime. bangkokboro
You mean the place on the other side of the road? Whats it called? No it's on the same side as Makro just past a car showroom about 150 metres from the entrance to the shopping centre; Sorry dont know it's name it is written in Thai but quite a big place with a beer garden so you would not miss it i think. jfchandler
Sounds you might be in the neighborhood of Tawandang pub on Rama III... In Thai, it's called Long Beer Yerman... Good home-brewed beer, good music, good food, good shows.... 95% Thai audience...most of the time... Farang welcome....
