Within their Thailand operations they are currently looking to recruit an Interim Head of Training in Design Solution with an emphasis on transport operations. The role reports into the Director of Contract Logistics for Thailand and Indo-China and the emphasis is totally orientated to training and mentoring so that our Client can raise their game and transfer knowledge to the local team. The legacy following completion will be a highly motivated local team, able to produce compelling solutions without expatriate assistance. The successful candidate will therefore concentrate on “knowledge transfer”, not themselves actually doing all the components of solution(s). The role is likely to last between 18 – 24 months.

Skills: Ideally our client is seeking a transport / systems professional who is able to put together complex transportation solutions, using Paragon as this solution is likely to deliver the majority of our Client’s growth in 2005/2006. Candidates must be able to hit the ground running. Our client will provide a short week long induction upon arrival plus a 2 day course cultural awareness course. However it is vital that the person can work entirely upon his / her own initiative and craft a training and mentoring plan that will deliver the required results. Terms and Conditions will be attractive and salary will be around the 3.5million BAHT (£48-50k) tax paid plus a fully expensed car and medical.
