I am in Pattaya with a TR visa extended (30 days).

soon I have to leave Thailand, I dont want to spend another 7000 or 9000 baht to go to Vientiane, and 20 hours trip in a mini bus packed with falangs....

I want a cheap way to leave and reenter Thailand by bus.

what is the best way to go to Cambodia by bus and come back??.

will I get 15 days or 30 days? .

There are no buses that go directly to the border from Pattaya.

There are several vans that do border runs from Pattaya. The price ranges from 1800 to 2200 baht that includes the visa fee from what I have read.

Some leave from bars that sponsor the run. Ask around about who does the runs or just check with any travel agency.

If you go on your own the visa plus other charges will total to about 1200 anyway so an organized run does not cost that much more than doing it on your own.

You will only get a 15 day entry at the border.
