Ever Had This Problem?

Had problems for the last few hours trying to get on the internet. Well actually i COULD connect to the internet but i couldn't get any page to display. IE. The usual error page you get when you sometimes try to get on it. But Firefox. The connection you have tried has been refused. Eh? Been at it for ages to sort it out. I uninstalled HL2 today using the uninstaller and had no problems for about an hour then TV went down and i couldnt get a page up again. So as i said i've been at it for a hour or more. I currently use KSC V3 internet provider. I tried everything. So as a last effort i thought i'd try the other number as you get 2. And wonders will never cease, It worked. Weird! Cant fathom it out. Any ideas guys?

When I got home today I couldn't open any ###### page ('could not be found'). It sorted itself out after a while.

I'm with True. So maybe CAT bombed out for a while ? Wouldn't be the first time.

Today Bangkok had the worst downpour in months. Many places were flooded, many streets had total power failure. I'm guessing that this had something to do with it.
