Doing Research On Thai Citizenship Laws

Recommended Posts

I am doing some research and am having difficulty finding explanations for it all. I really appreciate any help or explanations you can pass on :o

- Does anybody know the laws on the breakdown of citizenship cards - I know there are different colored ones - what are they each for?

- Also, when are birth registrations used?

Do Thai people have to use them if so for what?

Is the procedure to get a birth registration/certificate different for Thais than Hill Tribe people or refugees?

- How are Citizenship, birth registration, nationality all related?

And what does each entitle a person to?

Is there a sequential order that they are received in?

How does the procedure work to get any?

What does a person need to receive a diploma?
