dwoon Posted February 14, 2010 Share Posted February 14, 2010 Parrot fish is actually a delicacy in asia. We usually steam it and the meat is very smooth and sweet. You'll notice that the bones are coloured green or blue. Even the poisonuous puffer fish is a delicacy with proper preparation...... Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
