try the samui page on here

KPG has plenty of places to stay, it tends to fill up about a week before full moon. I have stayed all over the island KPG and never need a reservation as long as you arrive more than 5 days before the full moon.

Last time i was at the fmp (nov 08), i arrived the afternoon of the party and didn't have too much trouble finding a fan room for 800-1000baht. Better if you book earlier though so you can get a choice. Heaps of places on Haad Rin beach.

Most serious full moon types just pass out on the beach

November in Haad Rin is low (and raining) season. For these reasons will be easy to find accomodations everywhere and some bargain too
