.I am based in Bangkok, and the site will be aimed at the local market.

Take a look at xstreamstudio.net the site was done by a friend of mine. If it is something along these lines that you want, send an email to the admin address there and one of the guys can give you a call.

Got a working permit? If not, you might think again advertising your services.

There are some people around (mostly at police stations) who investigate websites and try to make an extra buck.
