At present we call the UK from LOS on our Thai mobile number it is with ONE2CALL seems to eat the credit like mad. Do anyone of you know how we can make this cheaper ???????????

Look at the 007 or 009 options as I think they're what you're after and supposedly work with AIS mobiles.

Of course it will mean changing the entries in your mobile's phone book from the standard +44 so they won't work globally, but if either of these work, it will save you money...

You can try Skype, from PC to phone or pc to pc. I talked with friends for a little over 7 hours yesterday , cost about 4 Euros.

I second Skype approx GBP7 for approx 10hours. (+ VAT) well cheap and works well.

just use 007 ,008 (TOT) ,009 prefix .

always works ok ,never had a hitch even in remote areas .

7-8 bahts a minute cant be bad ..
