I have heard that there are rentals in the area but at first look it seems like most of it is government buildings. Appreciate any insights on this area or anything nearby. Thanks. Not the cheapest area in town, but I have noticed more than average rental signs lately. Best to take a drive round the roads there and look for the signs. Loaded Posted October 8, 2009 Share Posted October 8, 2009 I believe the houses adjacent to the stadium were built as accommodation for the athletes competing in the 1996 (Chiang Mai's 700th anniversary) Asian Games.
