Physical education or sport science is a American thing.

No such degrees here.

If you want to have a ED-visa, enroll in a Thai language class.

Would have to agree...maybe a full scholarship in competitive noodles eating might be available. But the OP may be able to find some school that will take his/her money and help with an ED visa (but I doubt it to be serious). Going with a Thai language school is probably the only realistic way to get a ED visa.

However, if one's attitude is similar to the topic:

Questions About Non-im "ed" Visa,

If I stop Thai course can I still use an ED visa up to the full year?

... I would say forgetta boutit. From the KKU website:

International students who are interested in registering for a regular course at Khon Kaen University but do not intend to earn a degree, may also apply for a
non-degree tract.
The application process and acceptance to a non-degree tract depends on the faculty, institution, or organization which is responsible for the particular non-degree course.

That's not correct.

Several Thai universities offer these programs, including:

- Chula

- Burapha

- Rajhabut Kasem, and maybe more.

My Thai son is in fact just finishing his 5 year degree at one of the above in the said subject. His program is in Thai language, sorry I don't know if any places offer these programs in English.
