I for one love the current true service - 8mbs on a 4mbis package - always there - great english support on their help line up to 10pm - etc etc Maybe you should be a tad more proactive and help your self with your true problems? But here is my experience with True: - I have a 5 Mbs contract, but maximum I ever got was 2600 Kbs, usually it's more around 1200 Kbs - After rain, the services stops completely. I called True about this problem and they said, I need to change my cables and connection inside the house, which I did. Unfortunately nothing changed. Still after ran no service for 2 to 3 hours. - The speed varies between 0 and 2600 Kbs within 2 minutes, totally erratic behavior. - Over the week-end, the speed is max 600Kbs if there is service. - But of course I always pay the full amount.
