nemofound
I own a small pleasure boat in Thailand and I'd really love make some tours for tourists to earn a bit of money to cover the maintaining costs of the boat. I just don't know much about the legal side of this. Can I lease it to 51% thai owned limited company which then operates the tours? Is it a problem I own 49% of that company or do I need to change the ownership to only 30%? Any advice is welcome.
angiud
AFAIK boat tours is one of the several kind of business is better to leave to Thai people. And I guess (not sure) is also among the not allowed jobs for farangs.
