Roley
I purchased a condo 6 months ago and filled it with appliances from Powerbuy. As a result of poor installation of the washing machine (top was not installed exposing all the electrics and hose connections not properly installed) the apartment was flooded with extensive damage. For six months I have unsuccessfully tried to reason with Powerbuy explaining the deficiencies in their service installation - all to no avail, the company refuses to accept any responsibility even arguing that it is quite normal for the top to be left off the washing machined. My experience is a great example of a company that is please to make a sale and take your money but pays lip service to any sense o follow up. Be warned - when you about anything you purchase from this company - it is ok until time comes to ask for rectification. David
Netfan
That would seem to be true of any company that deals with the masses. After-sales service is something most just have no clue about. And if you tell them you are going to spread the word, they just give a blank stare.
Spoonman
Maybe next time you will supervise the installation and get any faults corrected on the spot.
Mario2008
Naming and shaming a company is against our forum rules. As such this thread is now closed.
